Cod Fish Salad

Cod Fish Salad (Ensalada de Bacalao) cod fish is salty, so lets boil it and change the water twice. Boil 2 eggs, slice green pepper, onion, a 1/2 tomato. In a frying pan add 6 tablespoon of olive oil and sautee the sliced items for 3 minutes. shred the cod fish and mix with the sautee items, add mixed olive, red pepper and capers (alcapparado), a teaspoon of vinegar and squeeze a lemon wedge. mix well and season to taste, garlic, oregano, black pepper. Decorate with the eggs cubed. Serve with white rice and avocado.
